On Tuesday, May 12, 2026, from 9 am – 12 pm PT we will offer three (3) optional pre-conference sessions. These are available to in-person participants only. Please note that lunch will be provided for morning attendees only.

Photographers and videographers will be present during the 2026 Action Lab Training Event and training content will be streamed live to virtual participants In consideration of my registration to attend, I acknowledge that I have voluntarily agreed to allow the Center for Applied Research Solutions (CARS) and/or its photography and filming agents (the “Organization”) to take, edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute photographs, videos, or audio recordings of me (collectively, “My Likeness”), in whole or in part for purposes related to ABHPC’s mission, including informational, instructional, or educational purposes and publicity, marketing, or promotion of ABHPC and/or its various programs. I grant the Organization all property rights to My Likeness photographed or recorded by the Organization.

I acknowledge that CARS and/or its photography and filming agents will not monetarily compensate me for My Likeness. Furthermore, on behalf of myself, my family members, assigns, and representatives, I release, discharge, and agree to hold harmless the Organization and its photography and filming agents for all demands, claims, and causes of action that I may have in connection with my participation in being photographed, videotaped, or audio recorded and the public release of such materials, including but not limited to claims for invasion of privacy or any third-party misuse, misappropriation, republication, or distortion of My Likeness.
